I hope everyone had a great day1!!
I will be starting Tuesday, I wanted to start tomorrow but we are going to a cookout at the in-laws and I do not know what will be on the menu but we are bringing fruit salad so I figured I would snack on that while they have chips and smore's!
My hubby is starting with me and I could not be happier!! It was SO much easier when he did it with me years ago. The only difference is this time we have a 6year old with her treats in the house! I am trying to limit what I buy for her and get her to eat the healthier things. I told her this summer is diet boot camp!
We went to Costco yesterday and stocked up for P1. Lots of cheese, veggies and meat. Although, I do not do a whole lot of dairy. Maybe a greek yogurt or string cheese a few times a week.
My biggest issues will be
1) veggies in the morning-I usually want something sweet so I make flaxseed pancakes with turkey bacon. I am not sure about v-8, so much soduim and other added crap, even in the low soduim. I wish I had a juicer!
2) nuts! I can NOT stick to one serving! and if I have flaxseed pancakes in the morning there goes my nut allowance for the day

I always forget about that! I sometimes end up having 3 servings which is not helping my weight at all!!
Can't wait to start with everyone!
That cucumber salad sounds amazing!! How do you make it? and we LOVE hummus, bought a big tub of it at Costco
