Hi Lululaurie. You must be on Day 3 or more by now. Good for you for cutting the caffeine too - that would just kill me. I am headache prone anyway, but cold-turkey stopping caffeine would send me to migraine hell for days. I dont plan to stop caffeine, but I'm diligent about not having too much. Even a sporadic diet cola or "decaf" coffee will throw me off.

I find the SB 'headache' is a different one than other types I get (I get plenty). For me, I think its sugar withdrawal. Luckily all 3 times I've done Phase 1 over past several years, the headache has only lasted a day or two (around Day 3), and I ended up feeling great when it was gone.

Day 11 for me. Doing pretty well. Not perfectly on plan this whole time, but feeling good and sticking with it!

Well day 13 for me. I weigh in on Monday morning to see how I did. I feel really good so that is a positive. I have reread phase 2 in the book again to try and figure out my plan of attack and see how and what I will be incorporating back into my meal plans. It will definitely be trial and error for me since I don't find myself missing any one particular food like I thought I would.

Day 13 too. I hadn't really considered weighing in, but I suppose I should. I'm feeling good, but still having some cravings and not all that confident about what the numbers will say. Had a fabulous dinner! Marinated pork tenderloin on the grill and a yummy summery salad.
