Sorry, I forgot to post yesterday. I did go to the gym and work out for 2hrs as usual. I also did 81 squats, 34 push up, and 75 squats for the 200 challenge. All that I can say is that I am so sore today. I think I overdue my work out and I need to lower my weight machines during the days I'm doing the challenge.
I was not able to go to the gym today, Tommy didn't had school and he was very upset to go to the gym's daycare
but I did clean the house completely (this, counts as work out, right?) I need to make sure I go to the gym tomorrow, otherwise I will be more sore, than I am right now
