Workout plan??

I currently have no exercise equipment except for a treadmill. My workout plan consists of 20 squats, 30 min on treadmill, 10 pushups, 50 jumping-jacks.

Is there any alterations that I need to make or things I need to add in?? (I have just started the diet today, by the way)

Wow, so no one has answered you yet. Ok well, you just started the diet and your exercise plan sounds great to me. Keep a few things in mind though. If you've not been exercising and you are starting this plan now along with your diet you will see great results fairly quickly. But after awhile the body learns to adapt to the "exercise plan" and you may need to revamp things or change it up a bit to keep it challenging. I'd add a new activity or exercise at least once a month-every 6 weeks to keep it fresh.
