After losing about 35lbs, I knew it was time to incorporate some exercise into my days. I have a torn achille's tendon and am losing weight prior to having surgery on it so I can't 'do' exercises on my feet. I'm saving them to walk on until surgery

Anyhow, I found these great exercises one can do sitting down...12 of them. They require simple equipment...a child's ball, paper plates, dumbbells or soup cans and a resistance band. I'm doing this workout every other day as the site suggests and have been able to increase reps and sets both in just 2 weeks. Just wanted to pass along this site for those of you who might be interested.
