We just got a recumbent exerise bike - always been my favorite piece of equipment (probably because I can sit on my fat butt while using it)!
ANYhoo, is there anyone out there who uses a stationery bike that can tell me what is the easiest / most effective way to create intervals: add a hill or increase speed? JUST starting out so my high intervals will be quite short.
