Hello all. I started SBD on 4/18. I have followed the diet to the T. On 4/20 I started working out again - I have either been to the gym or took a walk every day this week. Also - Aunt Flo reared her ugly head - almost two FRIGGIN WEEKS early that insensitive hag. I wonder if the female issues have anything to do with SBD? Or maybe Hypo? Although I haven't had erratic monthlies before starting SBD.
ANYHOW - I'm down 2 lbs. I'm happy, as I know ANY loss with Hypo is a good thing. To tell you the truth, when I started reading the posts on this board I started panicking - many posts seemed so dismal!
So, slow and steady wins the race - right?
