just have been told I have worst fatty liver seen by technician in her 20 years of doing her sonograms. Dr. put me on South Beach this afternoon. I would appreciate all the help anyone can give me about this issue. Will being on this program reduce the horrible risk of this disease Are there any specific shortcuts or hints I should know about to be very successful.
