The first month is the hardest, definetly was for me...after that long as you prepare enough like make some meals in advance, dont cheat often then it becomes routine. I dont even really give thought to what i eat anymore since 99% of it is on plan. If you're having sweets cravings like the starburst get some No Sugar Added Fudgesicles and eat one every other night or so, it helped me in the first month.
