I can't wait to see!!! Today is day 8 for me and I am down 5.5 lbs. I am finding this very easy to do. Just curious but do you exercise and if so what and how often? By the way, I am Kate and new to the site.

hi i have posted my pictures, lol just couldnt do it here for some reason, hehe, its on " i can i can i can" hope to update soon, but happy i finally buttoned the pants, i was so happy i took pictures like at 1 in the morning, lol well kate hope i can be here to help u, commet whenever, and can i say if you post a before picture it will get you on track and help. i know you can do it!
