That's me, front and center! I have a guestimate about how much I weigh, but I think if I focus on fitting into this one outfit, I'll be more sucessfull than if I focus on the number. Almost done with phase 1!

well, my floor slants a little so you can get on there one min then hop back on the next and it'll say upto 5 more or less, but I have a pretty good idea since I got weighed at the Dr.. But my friend who WAS doing it with me is discuraged because she only lost 1 pound a week these first 2 weeks, and I dont want to focus on that.

So far I lost 8-10 pounds in 2.5 weeks! I bought a new scale and I'm obsessed with it.I knew I shoul have waited. Maybe I'll put it in a closet and only bring it out once a week.

Alright, me again, in pants that I wore for the first time after having them for YEARS!! Down about 12-15 in a month. Got a long journey ahead, but taking it one pound at a time!

yeah..that scale can really mess with your mind,can't it :roll:

but sometimes it can make us feel so good
