I just LOVE before and afters and I am sorry but I was looking beyond SB for before and after pics because people have been slow lately putting new pics up on SB B&A forum. (me included, I am guilty...just not ready yet.....). Anyway, there are incredible B&A pics on the 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet site. Check out this woman, Sharon: YOWSA! Please forgive me for straying from our most venerable SB site. I am 100% SB WOE convinced and will never stray from this livestyle....

I particularly love the last two. Just want to say again that I am sorry if I have offended anyone for going on another site to get some inspiration pics - I am a diehard SB advocate but just needed some more pics, ya know?

Hi Ladybug - I know, but I didn't know if anybody would be offended because these peeps do not necessarily follow the SB WOE and that is how they got to their goal, ya know? Personally, I can use all the inspiration I can get and the photos are soooo inspiring! A few more pounds and I will post a before and during. It's nervewracking the first time!

I think for the bulk of us the goal is for folks to get healthy and if there are other ways to do it then go for it.

for me right now i'm doing a hybrid of South Beach and Weight watchers that is working....

when this stops working I'll figure out what's next...

the key for us is to keep on improving.
