hey Cort- ya know what I notice about each and every one of your pix from beginning to end?! you have the most brilliant SMILE no matter what your weight! I don't think that kind of positivity and energy hurt you ANY along your journey! Congrats again; you look radiant and HAPPY, most importantly!

Basically a self-enrolling medical/nutrition/research based organization that looks at folks who have both successfully lost weight AND more importantly kept it off for a period of time. (I think to be eligible you need to have lost 30+ lbs and kept it off for over a year.) Bascially you fill out a bunch of surveys on what you typically eat and your attitudes towards food each year. And since part of it is based here in Colorado in the form of the Center for Human Nutrition, I was recently contacted and am participating in a study on exercise and activity levels in those who have lost and maintained their losses. We really are a small minority unfortunately.
