ok just for grins

the red outfit (and didn't i think i looked HOT) was around fall 2004 I think

the short hair was 10/22/06... i am down about 50 pounds from my heaviest but still have a LONG way to go.... but this amazed me....



and here I am in June 2007.... a long slow process


well i've not really lost more weight but i wanted to do the comparison from September 2004 with July 2007 in the SAME POSE




time for an update 2/2008 about 225 pounds so down about 75 from my heaviest with about 75 left to go

i do feel better. i have to remind myself that when I started on SBD in may it winded me to turn over in bed.... now i do 30 minutes cardio A DAY!

Remember slow and steady wins the race. Sure, it would be nice to have a magic wand and *POOF* we're all skinny. But we would miss a lot of "scenery" along the way. We wouldn't know what it takes to stay fit and skinny if we didn't have to work at it along the way. Even though we have cruddy days along the way hopefully we learn and push on. We value what we earn more then what we're given.

Slow progress if a lot better than regression! Keep it up Nessa!
