Hi lucyloo- You look beautiful! Congratulations to you! I was wondering if you could share a typical days menu and what you did for exercise. I always like to compare.

Again congrats and you look marvelous.

Thanks Anne, tiggrr, doc, and Jamie!

killertomato, thank you for your wonderful comments! To be called an inspiration is the ultimate compliment, IMO! :D Best of luck to you!!!

Amity, here's a typical menu for me:

B: 2 slices low calorie (45cal/slice) high-fiber toast, 1 with LCL, 1 with 1tbsp NPB and 1tsp SF jelly, 8 oz 1% milk
On way to work: Tall or grande SF FF vanilla or caramel latte
S: fruit with 1 cheesestick (an apple or a cup of strawberries, typically) or fruit and 4 or 8oz SF NF yogurt
L: Salad with shredded rotisserie chicken, cheese, cucs, and drsg. Or chili. Or some hearty homemade soup. SF jello, diet soda
S: Ricotta creme (1/2 cup)
D: Chicken, fish or beef with large amount of veggies. Occasionally add a sweet potato or WW pasta.
D: SF fudge or vanilla/fudge bar (Blue Bunny)

Exercise: 15-20 minutes on the elliptical 3-4x/week, free weights (arms) 2x/week

Thanks again everyone for your amazing support. This board rocks!! :)
