Very handsome for a non middle aged man! I get "unmotivated" easily but your drive to live healthy through exercise is inspiring. Keep up the great work.

I finally posted a *before* picture. Back on page one of this thread.
I'd rather pretend that was never me and that these two photos represent the real me.

I totally understand. Lucky for me...my hard-drive crashed and lost all my before photos. One day when I finally reach my goal, I'll probably miss those before photos...to remind me what I never want to go back to again.

Congratulations! What a stunning picture, definitely a hubba hubba!
As for living life - none of us knows how many breaths we will be able to take. We could step off a curb and get hit by a bus tomorrow, so we HAVE to live life to the fullest while we can.
