You look FANTASTIC!!!!! As for when to stop, you stop when YOU feel comfortable in your own skin. Your tall  so shouldn't dwindle down to the 220's, 230's etc. IMHO...you would look too thin.

Hello everyone,
I am sorry about not posting for such a long time. My life has been really crazy the last few months. My favorite horse that I lost all of my weight to ride died, and 5 days later my husband was hurt in a mining accident and was in the hospital for a week. He just went back to work this week. That all happend in December then in Janurary I had my 2nd surgery. I did good with the surgery it really did not hurt untill I pulled my stomach, my horse got hurt and I was trying to take care of him and hurt myself. My life has been turned upside down since December. My husand went into depression and thought I was cheating on him. Since I look better my husband has trouble with trusting me. I have been with him for 10 years(since I was 16) you would thank he would trust me. Thank GOD that everything is getting better now. I have gained a few pounds from lack of exercise and lots of stress, but I will get that off quick. I will post a new picture soon.

Oh my goodness, how stressful for you. I am glad things are starting to get back to normal. I think your husband's response is actually not as uncommon as you think and it probably has a lot less to do with you than it does his own insecurities. With you being so young when you married, he probably worries that you'll start feeling like you "missed out" on things in life. I think a lot of husbands worry that their wives who lose a lot of weight will be looking to trade in their husbands for a new model. It will just take time and patience for him to mentally catch up with all the changes in you. Good communication will help the process tremendously.

I hope your husband is recovering from his injuries.

So sorry to hear about your horse.

So sorry that you were dealing with so much stress. But just so you know, that's all normal. Major life changes like what you went through will cause others around you to look at you differently for a while. You were only making changes to help yourself live healthier though.

Congratulations with all your success! Keep us posted!

Hello all Thank you for all of the kinds words. Sometimes I still get down on myself because I am still bigger then I want to be. I forget where I came from and how much I have changed my life. I think that we always want to look better or be smaller no matter how beautiful everyone else thinks we are.
My husband is doing better. He went back to work last month, but he is still in a lot of pain. The doctor says that there is nothing that she can do, he must just live with the pain.
Some days he is a little on the grumpy side and I get upset and struggle with my addicition to food. I am doing better.
