I've decided to provide myself additional motivation. Now i've been doing the BD woe for about a month!

First this is where I was 5 years ago, and where i'd like to go back to:

I have another more horrendous one, but I never downloaded it from my camera, I think I'm too scared to!

In a month, I'll post more pics, hopefully will fit back into more of my wardrobe :D

I finally had the courage to post the "before" pic that freaked me out so badly that I decided it was time to change. I never considered myself as fat.. festively plump maybe, or round around the edges, well we all know how many ways we can say it wouldn't offending ourselves. I saw this photo, and cried. Literally, for an hour or so. I'm not this person:

just wanted to say thanks for posting ... we have similar goals and your progress is genuinely encouraging to me as i (re)start this way of life.

Hey Sabrina_fair! I wish you the best with your new WoL :D

Even though I'm not a "perfect" SBD follower, I do try and keep most days SBD friendly. My main problem, and why I have to be happy being a slow "loser" is that I don't exercise. I walk to work and back every day, but I don't "sweat"! I hope that I can motivate myself to do it more, as I know things will move faster, but I am challenged with exercise. I just can't seem to get myself to do it!

I should actually get some new photo's, as even though i'm still around the 160lb mark, my clothing is fitting better, and i'm getting back into some clothes i've not been able to wear in a while!

Let me know how you do Sabrina :D

I couldn't see the second pic either; but the new ones you posted did show how beautiful you are. I hope you reach your goal, and with SBD I am sure that you will!
