Well it's been one year this week that my DW and I started this adventure so I figure I'd post another pic (along w/one I dug up from Xmas 03).

All I have to say is this turn in our life has been one of the best decisions we have every made. We have not regretted one second of this way of living.

Thanks for posting the updated photos! If I do say so... you're looking positively SKINNY now! There is such a huge difference between your before and after photos that I wouldn't even guess those two people were brothers... let alone the SAME person. A truly amazing transformation. Thanks for being an inspiration to all of us who have more than 100 pounds to lose. It really is possible to acheive even the most amazing goals... you're proof of that!

you are such an inspiration to all of us no matter how much we all need to lose. I am so happy for you and you must feel absolutely amazing!!! I hope to one day say that I lost 75lbs and reached my goal weight!
