Hey,

Im glad i inspire you, just always remember when it gets hard that it will all be worth it in the end and its worth the extra work, its taken me just over a year to get where i kinda want to be and i hve had many ups and downs between them but you hve to be redy if you do fall off the wagon to get straight back on there an try again :)

iv found tht doin things the steady and right way has made it alot easier to keep off, losing gradually each week is deffo the way forward!!!

good luck in your journey at reaching the real thinner you :)

Good work. You are living proof that, while watching what you eat is great, combined with getting your body moving, the results are through the roof. You've changed your life. I am so inspired by you.

And I thought I can never do it! But look at you, very inspiring and beautiful! you look like you have never been fat before. May I know what exercise you are doing? I have a very huge arms and legs and I am sooo afraid it will sag once I loose the weight.

You look AMAZING!!! I am just finishing up phase 1 - lost 6 pounds already. This thread is so inspirational for me because you and I have very similar builds/face shape it's like looking into the future of sticking with this WOE. I also started at 145, and I am already noticing the changes around the jawline and under chin area (and tummy!)

114! Wow! Excellent work. Do you drink at all? I am finding it tough to say no to sugary/carby drinks like margaritas and beer when I go out. So much temptation when you're in your early twenties right? How have you coped? Give up partying cold turkey? Just drink vodka sodas or red wine? Also, did you stay on your phase one for longer than 2 weeks to achieve this kind of weight loss or did you follow the program exactly?

So many questions! Again, way to go. You look hot! :D Keep us up to date with your progress and remember - don't go too far! 100 pounds and under is probably pushing it to an underweight BMI.

Cheers
