| I started my SBD 13 days ago. We started dieting as a group for support at my workplace. I lost 7 lbs the first week and tomorrow is weigh in day again. I am scared that I haven't lost, even though I can see signs that I have lost. I just know that it is easier to stay on the diet when you can see evidence that you are actually losing the weight. I have stayed faithful to the diet, except for one meal 10 days ago. I also drink too much caffeine, but I am trying to slow that down also. My starting weight was 264# and my goal weight is 124# by May 2005. I hope I can do it! :) |
