I have not offically started SBD, but I have been collecting some receipes.
Here is a recipe that I found on mizfrogspad.com.
Mocha Ricotta Crème
Two servings, doubled, from SBD book.
1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 or 3 packets sugar substitute, such as Splenda
Dash espresso powder (optional)
5 mini chocolate chips (optional)
Mix together the ricotta, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sugar substitute in a 2-cup measuring cup or a small bowl. Put into 2 dessert bowls, cover, and chill. Serve with a dusting of espresso powder and sprinkled with the mini chocolate chips, if using.
