First week on diet

I've just started 2 days ago and wonder what has taken me so long!! I have stuffed myself on white pasta and meat sauce about once a week for the past 30+ years and was really getting sick of it. Anyway, now I am on SBD, I am on it and can see a plan for life, FINALLY. I lost about 45 pounds on Weight Watchers and was even in the Before and After section of the magazine and worked for them doing the weigh ins, but after losing all that in much too short a time frame, I just let it slide and put it all back on. I went through a very stressful move and was exhausted to the point of a physical breakdown and now attribute the horrendous tiredness and stress to WW. It just worked way to fast and way too well for me and I believe I ended up somewhat aneorexic for a brief time. Anway, my sister has lost 20 pounds in the last month on SBD and does not feel at all deprvied. I have broked the bagel for breakfast habit and am taking egg dishes to work and heating up in the microwave, which I thought would be a hassle and it's not. Tonight for supper I had extra lean ground beef (probably not the best thing but just wanted to use it up before I get the grocery part down pat), topped it with some low fat cheddar and some wonderful tomatoes and nuked it and had 4 sticks of fresh asparagus - it was fabulous and will become my new 'spaghetti comfort food dish'. Am so happy I finally started this!!
