BK I boiled egg 1 slice of can. bacon
low carb protein shake
lunch string cheese, left over chicken breast
snack a few to many nuts, 2 slices of ham w/ cheese rolled up
dinner grilled salmon, steamed broc, portabella m.room w/goat
cheese & spinach and a salad
snack ricotta creme desert yum the best all day
lots of H2o today and a diet rite and some sf ice tea
I hiked up a mountain ( small one) amd rode my bike
I have lost 5 pounds in 6 days but I want to lose at least 6 more befroe my b.day which is June 6th.....
