Well, I started SBD May 24 2004. The first two days I did pretty good eatings eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch, string cheese for snack, and some celery and peanut butter then for dinner having some grilled chicken. I changed it around throughout the days for some variety. Today is May 27 and I cheated; I had an chocolate chip oatmel cookie, we made it in my foods class and I hadn't had anything sweet for three days so I just snagged one. Good thing I went to the Y hopefully it will burn everything off but I plan on adding an extra day, cuz today just wasnt it for me. I am 194 and in three days went down a lb, but my goal is 145-150, I'm 5'9 and want to look and feel healthier. If any of you seem be in the same position as me, please give me any suggestions as to what you do, that has increased your weightloss...thanks.
