hey. I'm drina. i started south beach on monday.
i don't have a huge amount of weight to lose - maybe 20 pounds...
i'm pretty happy on the diet, but i'm ravenous all the time. i follow pretty closely - eat 3 meals, and i need those snacks....but i don't have any problems with fatigue, just hunger.
as for what i'm eating
Monday was:
breakfast - 2 eggs, coffee, water
lunch - salad with grilled chicken and some blue cheese, no dressing
dinner - low carb chicken "parm" (diced tomatoes and low fat mozz on sauteed chicken
Tues -
B - 2 eggs, coffee, water
MS - cheese stick
L- sm. chicken parm and salad w/balsamic vinager
AS - cheese stick
D- sirloin with oven roasted veggies
Wed-
B- 2 eggs, 2 slices canadian bacon
MS - cheese
L - Salad with avocado and grilled chicken, 1tbsp of sesame shiitake dressing
AS - cheese
D- probably chicken stirfry |
