I am in phase 1, day 7. My advice so far is make sure you find somethings to eat that you really enjoy. My first couple of days were only okay because I hadn't gotten creative. I am not a big cheese and lettuce fan and that was what I was eating mostly. It was not very good. Then I found some great recipes on this forum that helped such as the chili. It really is good. Oh, and the No sugar added fudgesicles have really saved me.
My other piece of advice is not to weigh youself everyday. I have started out doing that and at first it was very motivating because I saw five pounds shed off so easily. Well now I have been stuck at that five pounds for 3 days and it gets somewhat discouraging. I am now going to start trying to only weigh myself once a week.
You can do it. Just hang in there. I have confidence that we will be really successful! |
