:oops: Today is Day one on Phase I. I am mordified. I don't know if this will work but I am taking the dive. I need to shed 15 or 20. I did atkins and lost 36 then gained 10 back. I can't stand this. I was thin for over a yr then all of a sudden it slowly came back. SOOOOOOO, now I am trying this. If you have any suggestions...please HELP.

Diet so far.
I work early from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
I drive in at 5:30 so my diet hours are weird but here goes
Breakfast - 6am
One piece of LF cheese, nuts and SF Yogurt.
Coffee with skim milk
9am
2 eggs with a slice of cheese
coffee with splenda and skim milk
not sure about the rest yet |
