Well it is my first day on SBD completely ( I toiled in it for a week or so now, sampling foods and what not) I feel okay a bit light headed but that could be caffine withdrawl. i was under the assumption that I weighed 190 or so that scale said at my doctors office then I weighed myself at work...(long term care nursing home...scale should be accurate) and I weighed 195lbs. I guess i'll try again at work first thing in the morning.....todays menu was pretty tasty...
Breakfast
1 scrambled egg
3 peices of canadian back bacon
1/2 cup water ( Just cant get down much water at 5am in the morning)

snack
sf jello
approx 15 ozs of water

lunch
grilled chicken and spring lettuce salad with carb options ranch dressing
approx 15 oz of water

Snack
string cheese

Dinner (came early tonight)
extra lean all beef patty with low fat cheese
garden salad with carb options ranch dressing
with approx 15oz of water


snack
more water.....and maybe i'll have a sf popsicle

26yrs old 5'2"

Welcome to the beach I think you have made a very good descision.
I am planning on being a beacher the rest of my life. And here there is so much help, from people just like ourselves.

today was tough :( i think i may be eating too much...everything I have eaten is allowed but i just feel way too satisfied...cant be good hoping to see and feel a difference within a week....(fingers crossed) if i am doing it right......

todaysmenu

breakfast

veggies with chicken (couldn't bear to cook eggs when i had time to make something i would really enjoy)

snack

string cheese


Lunch

garden salad with kraft zesty italian dressing
3 peices of thin sliced turkey

snack

didn't have one ......still full from lunch


Dinner

veggies with chicken with garden salad

snack

if i do get in the mood it will be a sf popsicle

I have had so much water to drink i feel like i'm swimming.....(funny thing about today was did not have a craving for anything sweet and was not thinking mealtime ....rather i felt content.....hope i'm doin this right ....too good to be true)

....I worked 14hrs on both saturday and sunday so.....getting what i needed to eat was a bit haed but i managed....
saturdays menu
back bacon and eggs for breakfast,sf jello for snack, grilled chicken salad with carb options ranch dresing, 30 pistacio nuts (sic) and string cheese for snack and skinless chicken with salad for dinner..... with lots of water

sunday
back bacon with eggs for breakfast, sf jello for snack grilled chicken salad with carb options ranch dressing , string cheese for snack , grilled chicken salad with italian dressing and a 1/2 cup of peas and carrots with lots of water

Monday
breakfast: steak with onions and green peppers and cheese...fried with no butter just Pam cooking spray.

Lunch:Large Chili from wendy's ...(hope its allowed on phase 1)

Supper: supposed to go to my Favorite restraunt Montana's I will have the chicken fajitas minus the tortillas with lemon flavour water...(SF that is)

and again loads of water

so I know that I said I was either 190 or 195 depending on which scale is more dependable(Doctors office or Long term care) well what ever the case I weighed myself at both jobs on Saturday and both read 185lbs
this means either 5lbs or 10lbs....think it might be 5 because my pants dont fit any better what ever the case I am impressed that the scale showed a different number and will continue with sbd......yippie

so i have cheated.....yes , Montana's was 2 much 4 me i went nuts.....well kinda nuts ..this is so embarassing i had 3 tortilla's and 2 pieces of brussetta bread...had water...but still ...was not as great as i expected.....
went back on the sbd the very next day and did alright

breakfast: grilled chicken salad (as u have noticed I'm not one for conventional breakfast) with italtian dressing

Lunch: small piece of cheese with lg wendys chili

dinner:sauteed veggies....(used becel margerine and water to saute)

exercise: work...(really i never get a chance to sit down during my shifts)

this bring us to today.........

thus far I have had salad with italian dressing and 17oz of water...I'm off to walmart with my son to get flowers for the front yard garden

We all have our days and I know its hard when eating out. I allow myself a bite of someone elses food if its not on diet. Then feel like I had a little and they arent going to give me more than a bite so I cant be tempted. Keep up the working on it and I say you can say 10 pounds or you could make it 7 and a half.

The official weigh in was yesterday.........184lbs...however my celebration was short due to being sooooooo tired.....going to look at some other journals......bfore i go 2 sleep for an hour or two
