| What's a great workout to firm the butt? I know squats are supposed to be effective but I can't really do those due to my knee so what's another effective workout because my behind really needs a lift! Lol Any suggestions would be appreciated. |

Hi, squats hurt my knees too. Same with lunges, even done correctly. One thing we did in kickboxing and I had a trainer tell me to do when getting ready for volleyball is pretty easy on the joints. Get on your hands and knees and lift one leg so that your thigh is parallel to the floor and your shin is perpendicular to it. Keep your foot flat and push it towards the ceiling. I like to do a minimum of 3 reps of 10. Hope that made sense! :)
Also type in "butt exercise" into Google and you'll get some good suggestions.

Thank you for the reply!
I've been working out to this dvd, shrink your female fat zones and that was one of the work outs they did but with a five pound weight on the leg, Guess I'll just have to do more of those. Thanks again |

I was told rollerskating is a good method to shape your butt. Since i'm a couch potatos which a strong addiction to my PS3 it's difficult for me to start going
And after 30 minutes i'm completely out of breath  |

| You won't see much of a difference, though, if there's a layer of fat covering it. So, are you asking how to get rid of the fat, or how to shape the muscles you have showing? As to the former, SBD and exercise. As to the latter, it's mostly genetic, but the exercises already mentioned are a good starting point. |

I have no definition to my butt at all, no muscles show!
I used to have a really big butt like a booty if you know what I mean lol and that's the first thing people started noticing as I first lost weight in the way beginning.
Now it's just kinda flabby lol so I'm looking to really tone so it lifts and has some kind of firmness to it. Is there such a thing? |
