Try NOT to drink too much liquids before going to bed, maybe nothing else after 7 p.m. It's like when we train kids to stay dry during the night, you cut his/her liquids early
It's completly normal, your body will adjust to it. Just keep an eye on your fluid consumption en the evening/night. |

| AHHH I know what happened lol ... Last night I got to craving sweets so I decided everytime I thought about sweets I would drink water. It never dawned on me how much water I really did have last night, but it worked!! |

| it can also be caused by the diuretic effect of food - like asparagus....I'd be a dehydrated mess if I didn't drink after 7....or 10! I keep a glass of water handy cause I wake up "hungry" and usually a drink will satisfy long enough to go back to sleep. I just figure I have IBBS [itty bitty bladder syndrome] and getting up to go potty is my curse! |
