Snack Idea?

Can you give me some of your best snack ideas to eat when you feel like eating something you shouldn't. Yesterday was my first day on phase one and I was doing really well until last night. I was craving chips something awful. I was able to fight it, but I would like to have some good snacks on hand when those cravings hit. Any ideas??

Some Phase 1 snacks.....

Celery sticks with hummus or peanut butter
Raw veggies
Dry roasted or boiled edamame (green soy beans)

Luvs turkey pepperoni chips nuked in the microwave are salty and crunchy! Very yummy and hit the spot!

Hi :-) When you say houmus, does it have to be home made or can you have shop-bought if it's the reduced fat stuff? I've tried to make it myself before and it was disgusting!!! But I love the reduced fat version that my local supermarket sells.
