| Again I remember seeing a recipe with link turkey sausage and green peppers and a lot of other stuff. If anyone has this recipe or the link to it I would really appreciate it. Thanks |

| I tried to search for this the way some nice person told me but I cannot find it. I remember seeing it the first day I was here and bought the peppers onions and sausage but I think it had more things in it. |

Is this the recipe you're looking for? I make it all the time:
Turkey Sausage with Peppers - Phase 1
Makes 4 servings
2 tsp olive oil
1 onion, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1 yellow pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1 green pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1 fennel bulb, trimmed and thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 can diced tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. turkey sausage
1/4 cup chopped basil
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Parmesan cheese (optional)
In a large skillet sauté veggies until golden brown.
Stir in the tomatoes, salt, pepper. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally.
Add the sausage; simmer covered, stirring occasionally until flavors are blended, about 20 minutes. If the sauce becomes too dried, add 1-2 Tbs of water.
Add the basil, and parsley to mixture. Toss to combine.
Serve and top with Parmesan cheese if desire.
If in Phase 2 serve over whole-wheat pasta. |

| yes thanks so much!! I didn't eat anything " bad" on the 4th of July but I thought about the link sausages in the above recipe all day! I cannot wait to cook them for supper. Thanks again. |
