| I bought Nature's Own all natural double fiber wheat bread. The first ingredient is whole wheat flour, but then it has ENRICHED WHEAT FLOUR . Is this okay? please someone help me. |

| Also you need to check the fiber to be at least 3 grams per slice and the sugar to be less than 3 grams if any, per slice too. |

ok that's about 1 1/2 servings.... 1 oz is a serving. |

Most of the weight of bread is grain/flour. A 1.5-ounce slice weighs about 45 grams. So what's the other 2/3 of the bread made of, if not whole grain? |

| It's a no-go-- a 45g slice of bread should have a lot more than 16g of whole grain. That indicates a pretty high percentage of white flour-- that's what "enriched wheat flour" is. |
