| I have started yesterday the P1, but I ate dark chocolate (70%) twice (a small amount) as I thought is was allowed. I have just realised it is allowed only from P2! Should I start all over again from tomorrow? Is this going to make a big difference on my weight loss? I cannot believe I did this stupid mistake! |

| Haha, I prefer the Sugar-free from the Fudgsicle people, just because they use Splenda instead of NutraSweet (I think). |
