These scare me as far as what is in them but I use them as a treat.
Whenever I am at Starbucks or Biggbys (Local Detroit area coffee place similar to starbucks) They always offer me the SF syrups. I hesitatly take them because they are soo good. what gives?
They are sugar free but what is the calorie count?
Any insight would be helpful? |

Are SF Syrups available online anywhere? What brands?
I'm in UK and have never seen them anywhere, I'd like to have some on P2 with some SB-friendly pancakes (drooling at the thought here!).
Thanks :) |

I think it's just artificial flavor and sweetener (sometimes splenda). If it's a once-in-a-while thing, I wouldn't worry about the calories. There are usually "0 calories per serving" in those types of things. If you're having it many times a day (which you're not), I might consider it some sweet treat calories, but otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it.
Rainbow... they are available online. You can search google for DaVinci or Torani... those are the two most popular. Make sure you order "sugar-free" though because they do also sell regular with sugar. |
