| Actually, you don't have to measure anything. You eat your meat until you're satisfied. But normally, the serving of anything is done after cooking it. |

| Yes, after. This way, the water content in the raw meat is cooked out, and so your cooked portion will not be containing water weight. See? I wondered about that too at one time. |
