one more question :) is the serving of meat suppose to be measured out before or after cooking? Thanks! :)

Actually, you don't have to measure anything. You eat your meat until you're satisfied. But normally, the serving of anything is done after cooking it.

Yes, after. This way, the water content in the raw meat is cooked out, and so your cooked portion will not be containing water weight. See? I wondered about that too at one time.
