Here's a great website about healthy eating:

It uses a lot of the same concepts as SBD, and gives it all in a good one-page summary. |

FWIW, people frequently post websites that tive good health information here. Nobody on THIS board is paranoid about it... |

I think all big groups splinter off eventually. There are always factions that believe in toeing the hard line, or being more lenient, or one person's word has to be it all the time. I know known of the facts of the split, I've visited the other board after someone snarled at nessa about not putting her link in her sig...and didn't see anything there distasteful - it just wasn't home if you know what i mean! different forums have different flavors....i drop in on several horse forums from time to time, but only one is comfie enough to post in |
