Scared to move to Phase 2

I am new to SB and with some fits and starts have completed about 3 weeks of Phase 1, with great results (lost weight/feel great). It's now time to move to Phase 2, and I am terrified of adding grains back into my diet. I have been quite satisfied with my limited choices, and find that all cravings for "naughty" foods are gone. I have never had a problem with sweets--my weakness is bread/pasta/potatoes. Of course, white pots are never coming back (who needs 'em!) but I'm worried that my compulsive eating demon will come back, and I'll have to start at the beginning. I am eating a Wasa cracker with peanut butter for breakfast or snack everyday (since week 3), but there is not much cravable (though not really bad) about Wasa. Is it nutritionally okay to coast along on a modified (ie. Wasa Crackers) Phase 1 until I feel okay about graduating to Phase 2? I eat the hell out of my veggies, not much more meat or cheese than I was eating before (which has always been normal servings) and take B12, a multivitamin, and a Tbsp. of Flax Seeds everyday. Any advice/thoughts would be helpful.

have you read all the information about the transition to p2, look at the thread in the p2 discussion about transition and then determine for yourself. The conditions under which extended p1 is recommended are very lmited and you don't say if you fall into those conditions. You can do what you want, but that's not necessarily the best thing for you.
[you do know there are recommended components in fruits and starches/grains/starchy veggies that you need, right?]
