sirloin/lean steak without added butter, oil or sauce, steamed veggies, salad
ceasar salad with steak or chicken - no croutons
last night, bad me- parrillada - [mixed grilled meat and veggies] but I ate mostly the chicken breast and shrimp, guac, salsa, and beans [and 2 corn homemade tortillas.....] it would probably have been fine if I had turned away from the tortillas.... |

the reason im asking is because i grabbed the golden arches today, hoping (praying lol) its not gonna jack me up. ;) i had the SW grilled chicken salad, with about 1/4 if the dressing packet, and didnt eat the carrots, corn or the tortilla strips on top. i also didnt eat all of the cheese because im sure it wasnt 2% or LF.
also, since i had to eat around a lot of it, it made me take my time and i got fuller faster! ;) that was a plus also right?! :D |

I've had that salad and, with the changes you mention, I think it's fine for P1. I'm not sure about the dressing - I ordered ranch. |

I usually go to Wendy's and get chili or a ceaser salad or grilled chicken no bun.
Or Applebee for Ceaser Salad or a steak house for sirloins |
