i had my snack about 3 and im still feeling hungry. should i eat something else?

B: 2 hb eggs, 6 ozs veggie juice

L: chef salad (greens, turkey bologna, moz cheese, fresh jalapenos, ranch)
S: 1/2 cup cottage cheese 6 ozs veggie juice
D:
S:

H2O: 64 ozs down
Exercise: 30 minutes of interval walking



Edited again...also, i will be eating dinner in about 1 hour

the first few days of p1, you might find yourself grazing more often than 3 meals/3 snacks. Keep plenty of SBD snacks on hand, extra veggies for snacks may increase your fullness with the fiber, and some salad dressing or hummus or peanut butter will add a little fat to keep you feeling satisfied longer.
