| simply no. the people who lost 8-13 lbs were obese, sedentary heart patients with horrible diets to begin with. If you only have 5-10 lbs to lose you could expect maybe a 1 lb. loss in P1. The goal of P1 is not weight loss anyway. It's simply to normalize blood sugars, get rid of food based cravings and prepare for the real weight loss portion of the program which is P2. If you only have that little to lose it may go as slowly as 1 lb a month. Personally I'd move to P2, learn to eat healthily and focus on exercise to lose that last little bit. |
