Has anyone tried the low carb wheat wraps on SBD? I used to eat them in place of bread before I started SB. I really liked them filled with either eggs for breakfast, or turkey for lunch. Think they're ok in P2?

The LaTortilla ones are excellent. They are great for P2 because they have a lot of fiber. I've used them as wraps for both hot and cold ingredients, and layered in casseroles like "lasagna" and for enchiladas. The flavor is actually much better than the white flour ones.

They also make great pizza crusts. Spread on some pizza sauce (you can make your own with tomato paste and italian seasoning, fat free mozzerella, and fav SBD allowed pizza toppings (olives, mushrooms, peppers, extra lean hamburger browed with italian seasoning, etc etc) and bake at 400 for 10-12 mins or so. They go hard when baked and are a great healthy pizza substitute. Our kids even love them.

The pizza idea sounds good, thanks Keith! I feel better now, I much prefer the wraps to bread in the long run.
