| I'm pretty sure the "lite" has the SB logo. However, I view them all the same (the lite, sugar-free, and fat-free). They all pretty much have the same ingredients and nutrtition info. Whichever one you got, I wouldn't worry about it. But like was said, make sure to limit it to 2 tbsp per day. |

| I almost always buy the Light (with the SB logo on it). However, I have used the chocolate, french vanilla or strawberry flavored Cool Whip on rare occasions for special desserts. |

| Even the light ones have hydrogenated oils and transfats. Even though they say 0 transfat, thats only because there is less than .5 g in a serving. I avoid them for that reason. |

| I just get light whipped cream... for all the chemicals that are in cool whip and considering the minute calorie and sugar difference (if any), I'd rather take a slightly more natural approach... besides, I find real light whipped cream much more satisfying. :D Yum |

Even light whipped cream conains non-south beachy ingredients... (cream, sugar, corn syrup)... :)
All whipped topping are listed under comdiments (and aren't considered a sweet treat item).... and are limited to 2 Tblsp. |

Yup, you need to stick to the 2 T. And I figure I'd rather have some non-man-made ingredients in my whipped cream. :P |
