Hi SBDers -
I have a history with Body for Life and found the nutrition plan easy to follow because the allowed/recommended food list was catagoried as a protein or carb. Cottage cheese was listed as a protein.
How should I think of cheese and cottage cheese on SBD?

| Look for cheeses with 6 gms of fat or less per 1 oz. serving size. Cottage Cheese should be 1%, 2% or nonfat. |
