My weight keeps falling off which I attribute to:
1. PRAY TO GOD EVERY DAY THANKING HIM (this is very important for me, puts my life in context)
2. 3L water per day (every day)
3. breakfast - all vegetarian (egg, mushroom,tomato m/wave together)
4. lunch - meat (grilled) and vegetables (steam/toss in olive oil/pepper)
5. dinner - fish and vegetables (both steamed)
6. 2 coffees/teas per day (black no sugar)
7. no diary products in snacks (no cheese etc.)
8. follow diet strictly
9. record everything you eat
10. 30min walking per day (every day) somedays 1 hrs
11. KEEP A FAT PHOTO ON THE FRIDGE TO REMIND WHY WE ARE DIETING

| I thought you were supposed to snack on cheese? Can I keep eating the Phase 1 food when I move to Phase 2 and just add a few P2 in here and there? |
