30 Day Shred?

I apologize if this has already been discussed recently, but I'm new to the boards and couldn't find it. Has anyone here done the 30 day Shred by Jillian Michaels? If so, what were your results? Thanks :)

well, I just started with this one on top of walking and yoga. She kicked my butt. I held with 99% but dang. If I ain't shredded, I'll be deaded.

Fat Free      

I bought this DVD last week and have tried 4 times so far [on Level 1]. Eventhough the steps are very basic [jumping jacks, skipping, etc], it kept my heart rate up for over 20 mins and I felt good afterwards. I am impressed with this workout DVD!!

I've been working out with TaeBo, aerobics, etc, since I started SBD in late May. When I did 30 Day Shred last week, my entire body was sore after the first two times. But after a 2 day rest, I wasn't sore anymore.

This is a tough workout. Be prepared to be sore all over even if you're an athlete. But also be prepared for the results. The reviews on amazon dot com are what pushed me to buy this DVD! :)

Oh, forgot to answer your question. :P

I didn't weigh myself - not a great indicator of fat loss... and I've only started this workout last week. But I can tell my pants are getting loose and so are my tops. :)

Ok I don't know if I'm gonna help you much... I have this dvd and I love it. I don't know about the whole losing weight but I would do it in the morning because the exercise gave me energy for my day. Like Fat Free said the workout is pretty simple however it is veeery intense. I love it and its one of my favorites. Definitely recommend. :)
