Alright- Now I realize that some may say that it is healthier to buy the real thing...... but as much as I love Crab Legs, it just isn't affordable nor is it practical (breaking those spiney little legs is hard work!)
but in spite of the ingredients and based on the Nutritional Facts, Is this a safe "sometime" treat?
I thought that the nutritional facts looked good, then I looked at the ingredients. I am a bit concerned over a few things..........
Either way, these are pretty good!!!!!!!!!!!
Thoughts please.......... and THANK YOU!! |

| surprisingly (to me) Dr. A has no problems with the fake krab in all phases, despite the ingredients list. I think the fact that it is primarily fish, overrides the small amount of starches used as a binder/filler. |

You can eat it just as you would any other protein. Don't gorge on it, obviously, but eat a serving and, if you're hungry, eat some more. It's great on salads or in omelettes or scrambled eggs.

Because it's made with pollock and therefore is a source of omega-3's, it may actually be better for you than real crab. |

| Don't forget to check the FAQ for stuff like this! Imitation crab is on there (unless the link is broken, then please let me know). |
