I would love to hear from anyone else trying to lose weight with a broken leg. I broke my left leg 13 weeks ago and have just had it pinned. As a result I have not been anywhere near as active as I used to be. I used to run, swim, mountain bike and ski! The latter is how I got my broken leg.
I have to say I'm very impressed with this diet so far, I have lost 6lbs in 8 days. 17lbs to go. I'm amazed at how my cravings have totally gone, even for wine! Love to hear from anyone in a similar situation...... :) [/b] |
