Hi everybody,

I've finally decided to commit to getting healthier. So... I went to the grocery store tonight and bought everything I need for this week. I've always started diets excited and then 2 days into it failed. This time it's going to be different! So I'm hoping I'll be able to get some support here.

Tomorrow's the first day!! :shock:

Height: 5'5
Starting weight: 228 lbs
Short Term Goal: 10 lbs
Ultimate Goal Weight: 130 lbs

Pounds to Lose: 98 lbs

good luck on your diet start. i have been on the SBD for 2 1/2 weeks and lost 7 pounds. :)

my big suggestion is registering with the website fatsecret it is a great way to log your food and exercise and you can make diet buddies! (look me up!)
the webiste was really helpful to me. just having to log my food everyday so such a helpful tool! :P
